We charge a fixed delivery fee of £4.99 per order, no matter how many items you buy. You’ll see this clearly in your basket before you pay.

How long does delivery take?
Many of our gifts are personalised to order. Production time varies by product (shown on each product page), then we dispatch with Royal Mail for UK delivery.
You’ll see an estimated “get it by” date on product pages, based on production time and typical UK transit. These are estimates — peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) can add a little extra time.
Where we deliver
Checkout only accepts UK addresses. If you need a gift sent elsewhere, please contact us before ordering — international shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking & dispatch
Once your order is personalised and packed, we dispatch via Royal Mail. Tracking details (where available) are shared by email when your order ships.
