Every Gift Gives is the gift shop of FND Connect CIC (Community Interest Company No. 17313147). This policy explains what we collect when you use everygiftgives.co.uk.

Who we are

Data controller: FND Connect CIC. Website: fndconnect.org.uk.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, delivery address, order contents and payment status (payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
• Account (optional): if you sign in with FND Connect, we store your email, display name and FND Connect user id so we can show your orders.
• Technical: session cookies needed to keep your basket and login state secure.

FND Connect sign-in

“Log in with FND Connect” is a one-way handoff. FND Connect confirms your identity and sends us a short-lived signed token. We do not receive your FND Connect password. Shop accounts cannot be used to sign into FND Connect or SeizeControl.

• To meet legal and accounting requirements

How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, tax and accounting. Session cookies expire after a period of inactivity or when you sign out.

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention rules. Contact us via FND Connect.
