After product costs, delivery, payment fees and running the shop, all remaining profits support FND Connect CIC — community, education and practical help for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder. We do not claim that 100% of the sale price is donated.

Not at the moment. Checkout only accepts United Kingdom addresses (including Northern Ireland). International shipping is not available.

UK delivery is a fixed £4.99 per order — not per item. You'll see the fee clearly in your basket before you pay.

Many gifts are personalised to order. Each product page shows a production estimate and a “get it by” date based on that plus typical UK Royal Mail transit. Peak periods (e.g. Christmas) can add a little extra time.

Type your text carefully on the product page — we print it as entered. For photo products, enter the email that should receive the secure upload link; you’ll preview the photo before we print. See our personalisation guide for full details.

Personalised items are made to order. Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. Once production has started we usually cannot change or cancel the item, but we’ll always try to help.

Faulty or not-as-described goods can be returned. Personalised items made to your specification generally cannot be returned if they match the order, unless there is a defect. Full details are on our Returns & refunds page.

Use Track my order with your order reference (e.g. EGG-…) and the email used at checkout. When we dispatch, tracking details (where available) are also emailed.
