Personalisation & photo uploads
How we turn your words (and photos) into a finished gift — and what to check before you order.
Text personalisation
On personalised products you’ll see fields for each line of text (and character limits). We print exactly what you type — including capitalisation and spacing — so double-check spelling of names and dates before checkout.
- Required fields are marked on the product page
- Character counters help you stay within the print area
- Some products note “uppercase only” or fixed layouts in the field hints
Photo upload products
Where a product needs a photo, the field labelled for photo upload asks for an email address — not a file upload on the product page.
- Enter the email that should receive the upload link (often yours, or the gift-giver’s)
- Complete checkout as normal
- You’ll receive an email with a secure link to upload your photo
- Check the live preview and confirm before we print
Use a clear, well-lit image. Avoid screenshots of screens where possible. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam and contact us with your order reference.
Production time
Personalised gifts are made to order. Each product page shows estimated production days and a “get it by” guide for UK delivery. Ordering early for birthdays and Christmas is always wise.
Changes after ordering
Once production starts we usually cannot change text or photos. Contact us straight away if you spot a mistake — see Returns & refunds.
